1. Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by Aradhya Skytron Pvt. Ltd. (“Aradhya Skytron”, “we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. Using this website

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
• interfere with its operation, or introduce malware; or
• copy or collect its content in bulk by automated means.

3. Product information

We aim to keep product information accurate, but specifications, features, performance figures, images and availability are for general guidance. Actual performance depends on configuration, payload, terrain, weather, altitude and operating conditions. Products may change without notice, and some images may be illustrative.

4. Prices, quotes and orders

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Prices shown are indicative and may change. An order is binding only when we confirm it in writing. Your purchase of any product or service is governed by the quotation, contract or order confirmation we issue, which takes priority over these terms if the two conflict.

Warranty, delivery, payment and return terms are set out in those documents.

5. Regulated products and lawful use

Our products are subject to law. You are solely responsible for making sure that your purchase, ownership, import, export and operation of them is lawful, and for holding every registration, licence, permission and clearance required. This includes, where applicable:

• Drones: the Drone Rules, 2021 and the requirements of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, including those on registration, pilot certification and operating zones.
• Counter-drone and signal-jamming equipment: this equipment is restricted. It is offered only to customers legally authorised to buy and use it, and only where applicable telecommunications, wireless and security laws allow. We may ask for proof of authorisation and may refuse any enquiry or order.
• Defence and security systems: applicable licensing, end-use and export-control rules.

You must not use any product to harm people or property, to invade privacy, or to interfere with lawful communications or aircraft.

6. Training and services

Training, repair, maintenance, consulting and other services are provided under the terms agreed with you for that service. Completing a course does not by itself grant any licence or certification, or guarantee employment, unless we state otherwise in writing.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos, product names and designs, belongs to Aradhya Skytron or its licensors and is protected by law. Other trademarks and product names shown belong to their respective owners. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, publish or use the content commercially without our written permission.

8. Third-party links

This website links to services we do not control, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, this website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Information on the website is not professional, legal or regulatory advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aradhya Skytron is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. You agree to compensate Aradhya Skytron for claims, losses and costs that arise from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this website.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
